Coco Training Responsibilities
- Call all viable candidates within 8 business hours.
- Learn about the culture of the client’s company and sales organization.
- Lead with a sense of urgency.
- Provide qualified candidates.
- Work collaboratively with our clients.
- Provide each client with a well- crafted On-Boarding Process, Expectations, and Activity Systems.
- Help attract high quality candidates leading to better selections.
- Act as “Trusted Advisor” to candidates.
- Set weekly feedback schedule with hiring manager…20 minutes.
- Above all, follow the process outlined in the Statement of Work.
Client’s Responsibilities
- Contact your Recruit Lead as soon as face to face interview is completed to discuss.
- Act with a sense of urgency knowing the best candidates are considering other opportunities as well. Call to secure interview with candidate within 8 business hours.
- Utilize the Interview Process shared.
- Grade out each candidate using the Evaluation Form.
- Promote a culture that includes a positive work environment, employee growth and development, as well as a plan for on-going sales skill training.
- Have a plan for second interview and next steps for valued candidates.
- Prepare personnel to create an offer letter in writing.
- Above all, follow the process outlined in the Statement of Work.
