Larry Coco is an accomplished senior level executive with a strong track record of success in Sales, Management, Marketing, and Training. For the past 35 years, he has focused his career in the Imaging and Information Sharing Industry working for Dealer and Direct.
Larry’s ability to develop people and companies has been the hallmark of his career. He is highly experienced in the formation of strategic plans, skilled in the areas of creating and driving key processes to achieve improved results. In addition, he understands the value of people when building high-performance elite teams.
Prior to opening his company in 2008, Larry held a wide range of positions at Ricoh Corporation including leadership of various committees and special projects. Examples include the Malcolm Baldridge Committee for Excellence, The Sales Development Training Program, The Sales Manager Development Program, The Ricoh Six Step Sales Process, New Hire Orientation Programs, and presenting Balanced Scorecard Objectives to the Senior Executive Team. Prior to that, 13 years with a Sharp Dealer.
Larry was most proud when he presented and won the International Ricoh Company Ltd. Best Practice Award representing Ricoh US for the Sales Development Training Program geared to maintaining high productivity and substantially reducing sales turnover. It was the first time the US has ever won this prestigious award.
He added an industry leading Recruiting Division 4+ years back and today works with small, medium and large size businesses growing sales operations.

John Partenio, Vice President of Sales
John began his sales career, after serving with the US Navy, with Danka in Nevada. He recalls a story that he uses today when working with new reps. “I drove out to my territory, which was 90-miles away from the office, and I pulled in to a business-park to begin cold calling for my first time. I remember sitting in my car for nearly an hour until I could summon the courage to walk into the first office. All I remember is, I left that office with the decision-makers card, current equipment information, and I felt great.” That is when I learned life begins at the edge of your comfort zone.
John’s career managing in a leadership role continues back from Ricoh to Pitney Bowes, where he managed the National Account team that focused on National and Global companies. His team led the most net-new business development by redesigning their sales approach and opening new relationships.
Before joining Coco Training & Coaching, John most recently oversaw all sales, marketing, and training for A&A Office Systems, where he helped create and design supporting departments that led to their significant revenue growth. Among many awards and recognition, his most noted personal achievement was the award by Ricoh for Most Solutions Sold by a dealer.
As the Vice President of Sales for Coco Training & Coaching, John spends his time partnering with Owners, Presidents, Top Sales Executives in the business technology industry that are looking to grow their sales organization. John brings to the position a successful track record of 24 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the Imaging Industry. A frequent speaker, coach, and trainer, John specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to client relationships.

In addition, he truly understands the Dealer business model and is an expert at working within all levels of the sales organization in both a strategic and tactical way.
Larry has successfully turned around numerous branches by installing needed sales process, structure, and tools based upon sound Best Practices that drive activities and retain valued sales talent.
He has authored sales activity training programs focused on New Business Development and has a keen ability to attract and hire needed sales talent.
